Hello, I have very small breasts and a very slim body frame (photos attached), and I would like to know whether breast augmentation can look truly natural on someone with my anatomy. My biggest concern is that the implants could end up looking like two separate objects placed on my chest rather than natural breasts. I am not interested in a large augmentation. I would probably choose implants no larger than 300cc, teardrop-shaped, placed under the muscle, possibly combined with fat grafting to the upper pole for a softer and more natural transition. I also have a chest wall asymmetry above my left breast, where the rib/chest bone protrudes slightly outward. Because of this, I am wondering whether different implant sizes should be considered to improve overall symmetry. The surgeon I consulted with said that he would not recommend different sizes, but I would appreciate additional opinions. My goal is to achieve the most natural result possible—not too large, but not so small that the surgery makes little difference. What worries me most is excessive fullness in the upper pole, as that is usually what makes augmented breasts look obviously artificial to me. Based on my body type and chest anatomy, do you think a natural-looking result is realistically achievable? Would fat grafting help reduce the artificial appearance? And would you consider different implant sizes given the chest wall asymmetry, or is my surgeon's recommendation reasonable? Thank you very much for your advic

I have some asymmetry I am trying to correct, but I have gotten several opinions from different surgeons. Left breast has more hang/sag to it, but nipple is in a relatively good place. Not facing downward. Most of my breast tissue is in the lower pole under the nipple though, so I have no upper pole and its deflated. Right side is just smaller and a little deflated. I would say left side is 34B and right side is 34A if that. I want to avoid lift scars, but I want nice results too. I like a natural sag. surgeon A- suggested full lift on both with implants (said its easier to get symmetry when you can adjust both breasts) surgeon B- suggested unilateral lift (anchor) with implants. said a full lift on both is absolutely unnecessary and overkill. surgeon C- first suggested full lift with implants (said the same- its easier to get symmetry when youre able to adjust both breasts-until I reconsulted with him, and I explained I wanted to avoid a lift because of the scars, so he changed the plan and said we can do implants under the muscle dual plane for a bit of a lift, without actually doing a lift, and if i decided later I wanted an actual lift, I could still do that, so i wouldnt be burning any bridges. Those were his words. surgeon D- suggested unilateral lift and implants Would implants alone be enough? What kind of lift do i really need to achieve my goals? First photos are mine, last few are my goals

46 healthy female, 5ft 1, 125 pounds. I’m interested in more upper pole volume, moderate size increase of 1 cup and minimal downtime. With the degree of ptosis that i have will I need mastopexy in addition to augmentation? TIA

49 years old, ofamily and my chidren have the nose...but i want a subtle tip reduction at same time as lower face and neck lift. I like my nose from the front i just want the tip on profile to be reduced. What technuque can achieve this if it can be done?

When I was 13, I repeatedly pressed down on the left side of my nasal bridge and eventually experienced swelling and what seemed like a nasal injury. Since then, I've had a small dorsal hump on only one side of my nose. I'm now 18, and the hump is much less prominent than it was initially, but it's still present. One unusual thing is that I can temporarily press it flat with firm pressure, but it returns within seconds. My goal is simply to make that side look like the other side; I don't want to change anything else about my nose. If there was a very small natural hump before the injury, would that also need to be removed during surgery? What type of procedure would typically be used for this kind of asymmetrical dorsal hump? Could it be corrected with a closed rhinoplasty? I've attached photos, including some where I'm pulling the skin back to show the contour more clearly.

Hi - Is it possible to get a tummy tuck that just removes excess skin and fat without work on the actual abdominal muscles? I’ve also heard that after removal of fat cells in the belly, you can gain weight in other areas - the fat just goes elsewhere? Thanks in advance for answering these questions.

Male, 21, 6ft 2in. I lost about 200 pounds and have been looking into surgery and was wondering if I needed the regular 360 or the fdl 360. I don’t really want the central incisions.

I had an open cholecystectomy 18 years ago which has left me with 8” scar. Do I have a realistic chance of having a tummy tuck. I’m 5’6” and weigh 12st, would like to lose another 1.5 before any potential surgery. Also have hysterectomy and appendix scars I am booked in for a couple of consultations but don’t want to waste time if this is not viable

I’m a 27 year old female who lost 145lb. I have a lot of loose skin on my abdomen but it retracted pretty well for how much weight I have lost. I’m in my 4th year of veterinary school and currently on rotations, so I have a limited amount of time (4 weeks) for recovery before returning back to clinics. I was contemplating a TT with no muscle repair as I think it would cut the healing time, but am afraid of looking boxy. I had a consultation with one surgeon who said that I probably could get by without muscle repair, but I’ve seen some really bad TTs and am scared.

I’m 23 and weigh 110 pounds at 5’3 for height. Am I currently too skinny to get a bbl or if I could get one currently, would the results even be noticeable? Should I gain more weight?

Hello, I am 28 years old wanting to get a BBL. I had an accident this year and broke my tibia plateau, they placed an X-fix in my leg for almost 2 weeks before I had my repair surgery. During that time they found I had a superficial blood clot. I was wondering if that would be an issue for me to have surgery?

I am having a TT, existing implants removed, fat injections and lift in breasts, and lipo. My issue is that i have external hanging hemorroids. Not only is this embarrassing, but i dont know if this can complicate the surgery or recovery.

I have been intersted in having a mommy makeover for 6 years now. I am a 48 year old AA female. Soon to be 49 in 1 week. Overall healthy no issues, no medications other than vitiams. I had a gastric sleeve in 2016. My highest weight was 274. My current weight is 183...I have been in a 7 pound window for the last 6 years. I had 3 c-sections 1999,2000 and 2009. Partial hysterectomy in 2011. I have all the usual issues having kids and weight loss. Ideally I would like to have a mommy makeover and tackle everything at once. And recover from 1 surgery instead of multiple ones. I want lipo, tummy tuck and breast lift..with a fat transfer because I lost a considerate amount of destiny in them. Over the years I have been told that 1) cant have all those procedures done at the same time 2) I need to have breast reduction 3) they suggest a lower body lift. The body lift seems like more of major procedure than what I want and I can't get my breast done at the same time. I really want to be 1 and done...I dont wanna rack up debt for multiple surgeries. I am content with my current butt size and shape...I know the body lift will give it a little toot, but thats not my main priority. I would really like to know if it's possible to really have the procedures I want....or do I need multiple surgeries to achive what I want. I appericate you reading to the end and I welcome all feedback. Also I forgot to add that i also am very content with my current breast size 38F. So no reduction.

Ive had 2 consults for breast reduction. Im currently a 30j, my breasts hang really low and narrow with loss of volume on top. Ive wanted to reduce them forever but both surgoens recommended a full nipple graft because of my sternal notch measurement. Id like to know if I have options besides FNG even if if means I dont go super small. Please help. Thank you

My breasts are about 34DDD+. It's hard to do any physical activities without them being painful. I have tried losing weight, but they still sag pretty low. What do you recommend I do? I can never go out comfortably without being self-conscious about how large they look in T-shirts. When I don't where bras they hurt even more. My breasts are flatter towards the top and most of the weight is low if that makes sense lol. Should I wait until I'm older and try to fix it naturally or would surgery be the best bet?

I am considering liposuction for the breast area. After liposuction to the abdominal area, I gained a few pounds and it all seems to have gone to my breasts. Does anyone have experience with this? What are the benefits/risks? If this commonly done?

Good morning, I am about to do my breast reduction in 9 days. I weaned my two years old, but i realize I still have milk when I press hard around my nipples. My PS said it won't bother the procedure, but it stresses me out a little. Also, I breastfed more than 2 years so boobs are already empty and like they were before. So I am not concerned about the shape changing once totally dry but more the presence of milk still during and after procedure.

I haven’t tried Botox yet but I wanted to be sure that it would be the right thing for me. I’m tired of seeing the bulging muscles and a dent in my forehead.

I had an upper blepharoplasty two years when I was 43. My left eye has a dog ear that I dislike. It looks like a pimple and sticks out because it's a light color. The surgeon first said that the scar might look worse after removal. But then 6 months later said it would be ok to remove. I'm not sure what to do, and I can't find any examples of a before/after removal. Should I get it removed? I really dislike it but I don't want to make the area look worse. My other eye looks great. Thanks

Hi.iam20years old and i suffer from hollowness under my eyes that makes me look tired whatever i do to hide it What is best procedure to consider for my age long lasting with less side effects

What is the danger of having an encapsulation or a leak of silicone implants?

I had a breast reduction over a year ago through insurance and about 400 grams was removed from each breast. I terribly miss the size and regret the reduction. If i get 425 cc implants will they be the same size as before? do grams of fat and cc of implants correlate in that way?

Is it possible to lift the breasts using implants only, without scars underneath?I’ve had one pregnancy.33 years old, 70 kg, 177 cm.

One breast width is 12 cm and the other breast width is 13 cm.Will it make a difference when I go for an implant with the width of 12cm or 11.5. I am considering motiva Ergonomix full in 355cc with that has width of 11.5. Will I get the cleavage and the natural results?

I've always had axillary fat, since my teenage years. It's not related to my body weight. It's always there, even when I lose/gain weight. It's very unsightly because there are always two visible bulges when I wear a tank top or a sleeveless dress. What are my options to fix these? My first though was liposuction, but that sounds too extreme. Are there any other options? Maybe non-surgical ones?

I am about to have a fat transfer to treat lipoatrophy on both thighs which occurred after multiple intramuscular injections with penicillin and gentamicin in my childhood. The surgeon said he would need around 100cc per side to get the concavities filled. I am quite thin and as an athlete i don'tcacrry much fat. I wonder how much fat should be suctioned to get that 200cc total pure fat.

Could I please get some advice on whether I may be a suitable candidate for liposuction alone, without a full tummy tuck (abdominoplasty)? My main concern is excess fat around my abdomen, particularly the lower stomach area. Based on the photos attached, do you think liposuction alone could achieve a good result, or would a tummy tuck or another procedure likely be required? Thank you.

I am 4'11. I know im overweight but i want to get down to 160. Im on a diet. What wilm get rid of my back rolls? What type of liposuction dont want to do a back lift.
