Impact to implant - Injury to breast implant, muscle, or scar capsule?

I had my Mentor memory gel implants placed in 2011 and have had no issues with pain since. I remain active (I lift weights, do boxing workouts on a heavy bag, jog, and do Pilates) and a part time job in retail that requires me to be up and moving. Odd situation, but a male coworker of mine was rushing in close promixity and we ran into each other and his shoulder rammed very hard into my right breast. I felt the impact immediately and was tender the rest of my shift. I’ve continued normal activity, including workouts, but there has been a bit of a pinching pain toward the center of my breast and a little under my armpit too, especially when in certain positions. This has gone on for about 4 days now. My implants were placed under the muscle. Is it a strain to tissue, an injury to the capsule, or is it a rupture? There’s no stiffness or change in shape yet and the pain isn’t agonizing but enough to give me concern because it isn’t normally there. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
