Hello all! I lost 80lbs and my breast are quite hollow and saggy. I want to get a lift and would prefer not to have implants inserted. That being said I do want to have at least a B cup. Do you think that would be possible without implants? Best, A
Answer: Lift with no implants? Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! Though an in person evaluation is best, from the photos it does appear a B cup size is a realistic result after a breast lift. Be sure to discuss your surgical goals at your consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Lift with or without implants Hi amurillo04! First of all congratulations on your weight loss. You may be a good candidate for a breast lift without implants, however you may not have as much fullness at the top of your breasts. Implants would most likely add that fullness at the top with a more natural appearing slope to your breasts. I would recommend you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon near you that can assess you in person and review their recommendations as well as the benefits/risks of these procedures. Hope that helps!

Answer: Your goals can be met, but implants improve the outcome. Hello,After evaluating your photos, I noticed that you have significant breast ptosis and loose skin. Based on your history of weight loss, it’s likely that your skin quality has been affected. In cases like this, a breast lift combined with small implants typically provides excellent and long-lasting results. However, if you are completely against the use of implants, we can reshape your existing breast tissue. Please note that without implants, the breasts will be smaller and may still have a degree of looseness — but they will still be significantly improved compared to the current state.

Answer: Push up lift You are an ideal candidate for a Pushup Lift. With this technique, it is possible to have rounded lines, upper pole fullness and décolleté without the need for any implants, without changing your breast volume or reducing it to the desired size.

Answer: Implants not necessary Cup sizes aren’t standardized so it would be best to ask your surgeon if this would be possible. Generally speaking, only a small amount of tissue is removed during a breast lit, so you’ll be about the same size as you are now. The only difference is that your breasts will be reshaped to be perkier.
