Lift with or without implants - can I have a B cup without? (Photos)

Hello all! I lost 80lbs and my breast are quite hollow and saggy. I want to get a lift and would prefer not to have implants inserted. That being said I do want to have at least a B cup. Do you think that would be possible without implants? Best, A

Yes, you are an excellent candidate for a breast lift. You will see a significant difference in your breast proportion, shape and nipple position with a more perky breast located above the inframammary breast fold. I would not hesitate to proceed. Thank you for the inquiry!

Overall your results are very good. Excellent shape and proportion. I can see what your concerns are from the photos. A revision of the right breast with removal of a wedge of tissue along the horizontal axis of your breast will help tuck that scar in the crease. I hope this helps, thank you.
