Hello all! I lost 80lbs and my breast are quite hollow and saggy. I want to get a lift and would prefer not to have implants inserted. That being said I do want to have at least a B cup. Do you think that would be possible without implants? Best, A
Answer: Breast lift I think you do not need implants. However even if you did want implants I would do place the implants at a second procedure. Trying to do lift in your case and implants at the same time would not work out well

This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
