Hello all! I lost 80lbs and my breast are quite hollow and saggy. I want to get a lift and would prefer not to have implants inserted. That being said I do want to have at least a B cup. Do you think that would be possible without implants? Best, A

Though an in person evaluation is best, from the photos it does appear a B cup size is a realistic result after a breast lift. You may be a good candidate for a breast lift without implants, however you may not have as much fullness at the top of your breasts. Implants would most likely add that fullness at the top with a more natural appearing slope to your breasts. I would recommend you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon near you that can assess you in person and review their recommendations as well as the benefits/risks of these procedures.
