I want a bbl in Israel and have 2 concerns: 1. One surgeon said I don’t have enough fat and that my skin elasticity is poor, so I’m not a good candidate for the procedure. Another surgeon said that I do have enough fat, but the skin elasticity is indeed poor — and he’s unsure whether to lipo the entire abdomen or not (since I haven’t yet decided if I’ll want a tummy tuck later). I’d love to hear more opinions. I’m thinking of going with the second surgeon, letting him lipo the full abdomen and any other areas he sees fit, then wearing a compression garment for a long period and seeing if my abdomen retracts well enough in my eyes — or if I’ll end up needing a tummy tuck. I’d appreciate feedback from anyone who has seen a body like mine in practice. My goal is a BBL with a slope profile (not a shelf), hourglass shape from the front, and an inverted heart shape from the back. 2. Which brings me to my second question — I’m very worried about getting a poor form. Meaning, not the shape I described above — but instead looking masculine\muscular\diaper-like\stuck-on\or having unnatural instead of smooth transitions between curves. I am of course send my surgeon lots of pictures of what I want and what I don’t — but if after surgery I notice that some transition isn’t smooth enough, is that something I can improve myself using massage with my hands right after the surgery? The fat doesn’t settle right away, right?Or does it immediately become thick and hard to move
