A BBL is not simply a bigger butt procedure; it usually combines liposuction of the waist, flanks, back, or abdomen with fat transfer to change the waist-to-hip and buttock contour. I reviewed your photos; they show some existing buttock fullness and projection, but the views are limited and do not show enough of your waist, abdomen, or donor areas to say whether a BBL is the right choice. If your goal is subtle shaping, liposuction contouring alone or even no surgery may be reasonable. If you want more upper or outer hip fullness, fat transfer could be considered only if you have enough donor fat and good skin quality. An in-person exam should look at BMI, medical history, fat availability, buttock skin quality, hip dips or asymmetry, and how much volume would look natural on your frame. If you do choose a BBL, safety matters more than size: it should be done by an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon who injects fat only in the subcutaneous layer, preferably using ultrasound guidance and current gluteal fat-grafting safety standards. The best plan may be contouring, conservative fat transfer, or no BBL depending on your anatomy and goals.
