Answer: Perkier Breasts without a lift Just putting implants in will give you the volume back to the breasts, allowing any deflation to be filled out and reshaping the breast in general . Implants alone will not do much for nipple placement but you could definitely achieve a fuller rounded out look.

Answer: Perky breasts with no breast lift A breast lift is designed to move the nipple areola into a normal position and to tighten the surrounding skin. The trade-off is, of course, scars. A breast implant adds volume. The larger the implant the more fullness you will see along the top and sides of the breast. The bottom of the implant sits at the lower crease of the breast. If your nipple position is below the lower crease, an implant creates an odd shape referred to as a “snoopy dog“ look. I find that most people will be more self-conscious about how they look if they simply try to choose an implant when they really need a breast lift with or without an implant. If someone does not want to be any larger and simply wants a better shape, but wants to avoid the scars of a breast lift, then I recommend getting fitted with a good bra to push up what you already have. Based on the pictures you have submitted, your nipple position does appear slightly low. Have a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to advise you of all of these different options so that you can make the best decision for you.

Answer: How do I get perky breasts? Based on the photos you would need a breast lift in order to achieve your goals. You will not get perky breasts from augmentation alone and would not look like your wish pics. You may be surprised at the breast lift scars and how well they heal.

Answer: Breast lift Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, there is no way to achieve your wish pics without a breast lift. If you want perky breasts, they have to be lifted. With proper scar care, the scars can fade quite nicely. Good luck!

Answer: A couple options to consider Your goals are a "perky, lifted," "naturally fuller" look without a mastopexy scar. You have a mild degree of breast ptosis. To avoid any visible scars a few options exist:1) transaxillary breast augmentation (or transumbilical) 2) fat transfer (unlikely to be an option in you due to thin body habitus)3) BodyTite radiofrequency liposuction assisted minimally invasive mastopexy tightening--will not make you look fuller but will help to reduce skin laxity and contract the skin through small liposuction entry points that can be hidden, making the breast look perkier. There is some breast fat reduction with this procedure.These techniques will not reduce the areolar size--only skin excision of some degree can achieve a more petite, more youthful looking areolar circle. Of the three techniques, only implants are likely to give you more stable upper pole roundness and projection.None of these techniques are likely to generate the pictures of your desired result that are posted above which are likely very young women with thick skin and probably small breasts that had modest breast implants placed for augmentation.
