Red around ribs around reduced breast + back - any thoughts what it is? (Photos)

I am in severe pain and desperately trying to figure out root cause. What could the red around ribs mean? Breast being stuck in ribs? And the red on back? Don't know if that might be a mirror to the rib picture. I have red marks in neck that I never used to have. To me it feels like something is loose underneath my skin and it comes along with arms. Trying to find somebody that can help me. Anybody specialized in surgery to sort out problems rather than estetic goals?
