Can fat grafting fix a deep dent on one side of my butt?

It is very likely that injection of the fat grafts and release of deep scar bands would create visible improvement. That same is with injection of HA based fillers. Good luck.

During assessment, the doctor can evaluate areas for fat transfer, most commonly the back and hip areas. You appear to have some fat available in your hips, which could be used to improve the contour. Liposuction would be a good procedure to sculpt the donor areas, and the fat can then be grafted to enhance symmetry and restore volume. This approach can result in a dramatic enhancement of feminine curves.
