It is very likely that injection of the fat grafts and release of deep scar bands would create visible improvement. That same is with injection of HA based fillers. Good luck.
Dear 2025kiki,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from fat transfer. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thank you for your query. Fat grafting with subcision can be very helpful in improving the indented area of your buttocks. You may, however,, need a couple of sessions. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best
Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos. Based on the photos, fat grafting can help correct the deep dent on one side of your buttock. During assessment, the doctor can evaluate areas for fat transfer, most commonly the back and hip areas. You appear to have some fat available in your hips, which could be used to improve the contour. Liposuction would be a good procedure to sculpt the donor areas, and the fat can then be grafted to enhance symmetry and restore volume. This approach can result in a dramatic enhancement of feminine curves.
You have a few options but it is important to know that none of them will completely fix it but they will all make it look significantly better.I have a lot of experience with fixing these because I practicing Miami and there are a lot of Cubans living in Miami and it was very common practice in Cuba to give children either steroids or antibiotic injections in their butt and I left them with a lot of scarring and dumpling and dense so I've had quite a bit bit of experience correcting these. That's how I know that they cannot be completely corrected, but they can be significantly improved. One option is to have a BBL where we take fat from your body and injected into your butt and I can be very good at correcting the dumpling. What is more effective is to actually combine this with the procedure called Avelli is that is a little tool that will cut some of the bands contributing to the scarring. If you don't wanna have a BBL, then there is another option available now, at least for some doctors who have access to the product, and that is Alloclae. So I combined aloe Clay with a valley for those patients that do not want to undergo a BBL but just want to correct the dent.Alloclae is cadaveric fat that can provide volume as well as structural support that helps to improve the dent especially when combined with Aveli.
