360 lipo will reshape your body. 1-1.5 lipoaspration and just 700-900 cc pure fat can collect. 400-500 cc jfat grafting can be done for each buttock. this will be improve your buttock projection which u don’t have.

Hello and thank you for your question. I think you would have a beautiful result from the liposuction alone - you seem to be a good candidate based on your photos alone.

If a BBL is not something you had in mind going into the consultation or if you are happy with your current shape, a BBL is not a surgery without risk and I would have a discussion with your surgeon about how much volume they'd expect to be able to use for the fat grafting and ensuring that 1) you'd be able to tell a noticeable difference and 2) where the fat would be placed and what shape of buttocks to expect. BBL can be done safely however I would ensure it is something you've considered with a board certified plastic surgeon.
