Hi, I'm wondering if it would still look good if I only had Lipo 360 or would you recommend me to include a BBL ? and also do i need additional Lipo 360 if I choose to get BBL ?

That’s usually your joints/muscles adjusting, not the fat itself. Early in recovery you’re tight, your posture changes, your movement is restricted so these noises can happen. However, pain, redness, fever, or swelling is not normal. If anything feels concerning, always report it.
