Would I still look good if I only had Lipo 360 or would you recommend including a BBL? (Photos)

If your goal is sculpt + silhouette definition, Lipo 360 alone can already make a major difference. If you also want more projection, shape, and curvature behind — that’s where the BBL becomes valuable. I look at the body in 360 degrees. Some patients only need contouring, some benefit from the added fat transfer to balance their proportions.

Thank you for your question. Lipo 360 alone will likely make you achieve a smaller waist, better curves, and overall improved body contour but does not enhance projection or shape of the buttocks. A BBL can significantly enhance your overall proportions by adding projection and roundness to the buttocks, creating a more balanced hourglass shape, and making the waist look even smaller by contrast. Also, combining Lipo 360 with a BBL is the best way to maximize the use of the removed fat and achieve a more harmonious figure. A surgeon can evaluate your current proportions and confirm what would give you the best result.

I believe that with a 360 4K liposculpture plus a moderate BBL, you would achieve a natural aesthetic result that would greatly enhance your body’s proportions.

(Based off your photos) - If you have any desire or thoughts of wanting even a little more volume in the buttocks - then do the BBL instead of just lipo 360 (and essentially removing the fat and will not have anything for future fat transfers). Lipo 360 for someone who is skinny and not fat usually does not give a big contrast with just lipo 360 (you will have minor changes to the waist, slight flatter abdomen) but if you don't add fat to the glutes or hip area - you won't see as much a difference. Also if the fat has been lipo'd once - in the future there will be likely very little fat to extract should you desire more volume to somewhere at that time. In my opinion, if a little fat was added to your mid butt, it would give you a little more projection - leading to a more athletic look, along with the lipo 360.

Good question! Which procedure is right for you kind of depends on what your goals are. If you were looking for just a narrow waist and a smoother curve at the “centre of the hourglass” then Lipo 360 alone would be enough. If you were looking for a more perfect hourglass, then I would strongly suggest taking some of that fat and using it to fill in your hip dips and enhance your curves with a Brazilian butt lift.

A BBL is recommended to make your body more proportionate and with a nice figure. This way you will be able to balance the shape of your body and have more defined curves. Keep in mind a BBL doesn't necessarily need to be a very big volume, we can adapt it to your own needs and desire.

To Add or Not to Add Fat Transfer?

The decision to include fat transfer during your lipo 360 is a personal one. A lipo 360 naturally reduces your waist circumference, which can sometimes create a more pronounced hip and buttocks appearance. If you desire a fuller, more projected buttocks, combining fat transfer during the same procedure can be a great option.

Ultimately, both choices can lead to fantastic results. Some patients prefer a wider hip look, while others prioritize buttock enhancement. Vaser lipo 360 with fat transfer to the hips and buttocks can refine your waistline, provide some skin retraction, and create a more balanced silhouette.
