Have a question about Breast Lift with Implants?

One breast larger following breast lift with implants. Can this asymmetry be fixed or is it related to anatomy? (Photos)

I had breast augmentation with implant 20 years ago and then had family so they were too big. After breast surgery my left breast smaller than right breast. I went back and they increased left implant but too much so then that breast was bigger! I went for new breast lift and smaller implant in October last year. I told surgeon that the left breast would need a vey slightly bigger implant. Surgeon decided to put same size in both and now i have one breast bigger than other again. Also breast is wider with nipple facing outwards and right side is fuller more profile. I attach photo from before surgery and photos after. When i ask surgeon for possible revision this was answer: Your right breast naturally has a narrower base, while your left breast is wider and more spread out. During surgery, we removed 360 cc of tissue from the right breast and 430 cc from the left, as the left side had slightly more volume. I also performed a breast lift (mastopexy) on both sides, and during that part of the procedure, I removed more skin and tissue from the left side to help match the overall shape and size of the two breasts. While I was operating, I tried using different implant sizes to see if that would create a more balanced result. However, after testing them in the surgical position, I found that using the same implant size on both sides gave the best overall symmetry. Sometimes, when we use different implant sizes, it can actually create new asymmetry
