Im 55 year old female with two grown children. I lost about 25 pounds more than 10 years ago and kept it off. My 34B breasts sag but the nipples do not point downwards. Would it be worth it to get a lift with no implants? Id say my skin is very delicate. Should I get an internal bra if I did get implants?
I have a wide chest frame/ribs. Im getting my surgery done internationally. I originally decided on 450cc HP dual plane w lollipop lift. Ive done a lot of research which sugggests I may like moderate plus better, due to wanting to fill my cleavage/chest and a more natural projection. I absolutely know chat gpt is not a doctor, so was hoping someone may put their thoughts into this and weigh in! 130lbs/ 55 after substantial weightloss. 27 years old.
Hi i am 40 yrs old 4ft 11in short and weigh 135. Currently have natrelle srf 520 implants and makes me a 36DD. I want a lift but dont know if i should ask to go with implants or not. I want a full B or C cup. Please help, i will have a consultation this fall but im just courious of about what size i might be without implants just a lift. If implant is advised what size would be ideal for my size. Thank you in advance.
I originally had a breast lift with implants over a year ago. 3 months later they started to bottom out. I had revision surgery done to fix this and i fear its happening again. Are they bottoming out? Is there anything i can do to stop it bottoming out more?
I'm 25, 5'5 and 188lbs. My breasts are extremely saggy and they're uneven. My nipples have this weird split look that I've hated my entire life. I can never find the right bra. I have skin and back problems due to my breasts. All I want are nice normal looking breasts that sit pretty with no bra. I'm tired of crazy pain if I run or jump. Tired of them looking like they're completely inflated. I've also hated my prominent hip dips my entire life. The ultimate goal would be to fix all of these issues under one procedure. I am just overwhelmed as to what to get done.
Do permanent sutures around areola cause flattened breasts because of areola reduction during a donut mastopexy or it is just the donut mastopexy that causes the flattening? Is it necessary for a donut mastopexy to use permanent sutures?Or the permanent sutures are used for the areola reduction in order to prevent scar widening ?Does a donut mastopexy without permanent sutures around areola also lead to breast flattening?
Hi, and thank you for answering my question. Im not thrilled about the idea of having two separate surgeries, but I do want my breasts to look nice. Im an athlete, so Im not looking for a large sizejust something that looks great in a triangle bikini top. Ive had one child and lost about 20 pounds, so Id like to restore a natural, confident shape. Im torn because while Id prefer to avoid two procedures, I also dont want to regret not taking the more thorough approach. In your opinion, could I achieve good results with just one surgery? I really appreciate your insightthank you again.
