If there is significant loose skin caused by stretched skin rather than just fat, you might need a mini tummy tuck to tighten the area with fat removal. Based off of the information given, it seems that Liposuction with J plasma would be a good option it would be best to further evaluate either by sending a video to better see the condition of the skin, but it doesn’t seem that the weight fluctuation has been severe so a 360 liposuction with J plasma would be a good option to harmonize the body and give you a great outcome!

Based on limited photos- it appears that you would benefit from a Tummy Tuck in order to remove excess skin and fat, tighten the muscle. Liposuction alone only removes fat . If there is any skin laxity from the weight loss, though, excision with a mini-tummy tuck may be needed. As echoed by many others, if you are planning on having children in the future, it is best to wait for a full tummy tuck once you are through having kids. You can consider liposuction if you are wanting to decrease the amount of fat you can "pinch". J-Plasma can be possibly added to address skin laxity. As you are 22 it may be best to wait on a tummy tuck if you are planning to have children in the future. Visceral fat, which is the internal fat around the organs cannot be decreased with liposuction but is improved with weight loss.
