Visible scar after upper eyelid surgery, hollowing (18 months post blepharoplasty) - can this be revised? (Photo)

I have had an upper blefaroplasty 18 months ago and I am left with a visible thick scar. I can even see the vertical scars were the sutures were placed. The scar is thick, irregular and the incision line is too high. And my eyes look quite hollow even though I asked her not to remove too much tissue. Can this be revised?
