Im looking into a 2nd Brazilian butt lift due to wanting more fuller rounded hips. Im concerned because I do a lot of bending and tend to run into things at work. Would this cause fat cell death after post operation? Also would something like intercourse cause fat cell death after as well and if so how long should you wait ?
Hi! Im a trans woman considering a BBL to help with hip dips and get a more hourglass shape. I just want to make sure I have the right foundation for it before going through surgery. I know results depend a lot on your frame and fat distribution, so Im trying to be realistic. Do I look like a good candidate for noticeable results? Thanks in advance for any honest feedback!
I hate the lack of definition between my bum and thigh. I have banana roll fat which I have tried to target with exercise and I dont have a definitive gluteal fold which makes my bum look weak and saggy. I would also like to fill out the hip dips a little but my main concern is the gluteal fold region. Would implants help to create more of a contour? Ive looked into gluteal fold surgery but cannot find any surgeons. I just want a nice defined crease, im not so bothered about size. I have also considered liposuction in the upper thigh just under the buttock but heard this can make it worse? Please share your advice and recommendations. Its my biggest insecurity. For context I am 25 and active. No matter how much gym I do I cannot seem to tone this area, after 4 years I have given up.
Trans woman here who is currently 56, 160. I would like to explore my options for a more feminine hourglass body and have come to rib modeling and/or BBL. The problem is I feel like my body is too masculine to my weight (not to mention having a lower BMI would be healthier) and I would like to lose weight. Ideally would like to be 120, but likely will sat 135. Either way, Im concerned that I wont have enough fat to lipo and transfer to my butt/hips. How do I balance a healthier weight w/having enough fat for BBL? I know I dont want butt implants so thats out. What would you recommend for someone in my situation? I know BBLs can be performed in patients w BMI as low as 19 but would you barely notice anything at that point? What other options do I have if any? Will rib Modeling and 360 lipo only (without or with minimal fat transfer) be sufficient? Thank you
I want a bbl in Israel and have 2 concerns: 1. One surgeon said I dont have enough fat and that my skin elasticity is poor, so Im not a good candidate for the procedure. Another surgeon said that I do have enough fat, but the skin elasticity is indeed poor and hes unsure whether to lipo the entire abdomen or not (since I havent yet decided if Ill want a tummy tuck later). Id love to hear more opinions. Im thinking of going with the second surgeon, letting him lipo the full abdomen and any other areas he sees fit, then wearing a compression garment for a long period and seeing if my abdomen retracts well enough in my eyes or if Ill end up needing a tummy tuck. Id appreciate feedback from anyone who has seen a body like mine in practice. My goal is a BBL with a slope profile (not a shelf), hourglass shape from the front, and an inverted heart shape from the back. 2. Which brings me to my second question Im very worried about getting a poor form. Meaning, not the shape I described above but instead looking masculine\muscular\diaper-like\stuck-on\or having unnatural instead of smooth transitions between curves. I am of course send my surgeon lots of pictures of what I want and what I dont but if after surgery I notice that some transition isnt smooth enough, is that something I can improve myself using massage with my hands right after the surgery? The fat doesnt settle right away, right?Or does it immediately become thick and hard to move
I have gained and lost 40lbs. Im 55 and 120lbs. My bottom is saggy and has lost a lot of volume. I have unsightly hip dips. Will liposuction and bbl help give me a smoother, more hourglass figure (narrower waist, hip dips filled, smooth out saddlebags and muffin top) and flatten my abdomen area?
Hey i want to know if i can achieve good results by getting bbl without tummy tuck. I have no children so i definitely want to have kids in the future. This and the scar are the reason why I don't want a tummy tuck
