Fell on my butt about a year ago, developed a large hematoma, that has since resolved but unfortunately left behind fat necrosis & scar adhesion causing a slight indent/ahelf on my leftt buttock. Im self conscious aboutt it and my plastic surgeon is recommending a BBL to smooth it out. I've recently started working out, weights etc. My question is, is there a chance just building muscle will help make it less noticeable to where I could avoid surgery? I'd really like to use that money elsewhere, but want this to be better. Everyone else says you can't notice it, but obviously I do.
I underwent BBL surgery in Dec 2022 to get rid of the dents on my buttocks that may have been the result of steroid injections I got in childhood. Ufortunately, the dents are still not gone and I also noticed the development of hard lump on the upper corner of my left buttock. What steps we can take to get rid of these dents and hard lump?? What are the potential treatment options available to reduce or remove them? Can I use a massage gun as its beem more than 2 years since the surgery happened??
Hello, 5 years ago I had a BBL with a fat transfer to the hips which unless Im wearing very tight clothes looks abnormal in a swimsuit. Hips are separated from the legs (almost like small triangular pockets sticking out). I spoke with a few doctors and was told the areas need to be lipoed down, however Im afraid will make me narrow and give me an undesirable higher hip shape vs. an upside down heart. Curious to know - if rounding the hips and adding more fat to them and down the thigh/ upper leg is possible to create a lower set hip curvy look rather than shaving the hips down. Any guidance is much appreciated!
I have gained and lost 40lbs. Im 55 and 120lbs. My bottom is saggy and has lost a lot of volume. I have unsightly hip dips. Will liposuction and bbl help give me a smoother, more hourglass figure (narrower waist, hip dips filled, smooth out saddlebags and muffin top) and flatten my abdomen area?
I had a BBL a year ago, but alll the fat is gone, even though I workout and eat right. I was told that after 6 months the fat was going to be permanent unless of course I lose weight which I did not. I started loosing a lot of volume after 8 months post op, and have continued to do every week, I feel like I have lost like 90% of the fat. Would you reccommend a second round (I would probably gain some weight)? A have a little of loose skin and a second lipo will give me more loose skin, so is it a good idea to do it together? The BBl, TT and ribxcar (rib remodeling)?
I had an accident in 2018 that caused GBS however I am slowly recovering and have been more mobile the past 3 years I use a walker now. After GBS my body become so disproportionate but I want to fix it with a BBL. Ive asked my primary doctor and she deems me in good physical condition however her concern is me sitting all the time. Im usually on my couch or walk around the house to stay mobile especially since Im not on blood thinners so the walking is not a problem for me its just mainly muscle weakness at this point and lack of mobility. I currently have more support especially a team equipped to help with GBS. Im curious what other doctors would think or feel about my eligibility. I have no other underlying condition either its just the GBS and Ive had surgery post GBS also.
