What treatment should I get for holes from acne on forehead? (photos)

While I still get clogged pores on my forehead, they aren't nearly as bad as what I used to have, although now I'm left with scars that make me want to hide forever. All you can see is craters and holes, even with the best makeup. Some are significantly deeper than others, just some gone would make me extreamly happy!!! But there's so many treatments out there for acne scars, so what's best for my type?

In my opinion, acne scars are treated by their type. You have ice pick scars and acne pits. The acne pits are treated with TCA cross and aggressive micro-needling. Ablative and non-ablative laser  are also helpful for acne pits.. We have found that adding PRP decreases the healing time. Find an acne scar expert. Ask to see photos. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I find that a combination of lasers such as Fraxel and eMatrix are the best combination to treat your acne scars.  I would not recommend any other surgery.  For deeper scars you might benefit from a filler into these scars as well.  Please consult a specialist.  Best, Dr. Green

Your forehead ice pick scars are best treated with excision and suture.
Go to a plastic surgeon with experience in how to do this.
