Best first thing to restore youthful face is fillers
There are many thing which can be done, but I'd start with volume. Fillers restore volume lost from fat, muscle, and bone loss as we age. Immediate results can be seen with HA fillers, but Sculptra will be more cost efficient and a more global correction. Laser resurfacing, Infini, chemical peels will all improve skin as well. A good skin care regime is needed and this should include Retin A and a good growth factor serum.
A Combined Approach for Restoration of Youth
Looking at your photo, I would recommend using a Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels and lasers to achieve a youthful appearance. Best wishes.
Full facial rejuvenation with lasers, microneedling/prp, RF, Sculptra, Kybella, Ultherapy
A combination approach would be best. Botox and fillers can be used for wrinkles and lost volume. I find that a combination of lasers or RF, sculptra for collagen building, microneedling/prp and skin care help with skin rejuvenation. Kybella, Ultherapy and/or ThermiRF treatments (Venus Legacy) would be non-invasive options that would do well in combination for skin tightening. Please see a cosmetic dermatologist for a long term treatment plan. Best, Dr. Emer.
