37, one breastfed child, 135 lbs, 5’4, in desperate want of a lift…with lovely results. Do you think it’s achievable for me? Do not want implants. Thanks in advance!!
Answer: Bellesoma Method You are an excellent candidate for a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift without implants Hi! Yes, a breast lift will improve the aesthetic appearance of your breasts. Your nipple position is low as well as your breast tissue. Lifting the breast tissue up and then centering the nipple on that newly created mound will make a more youthful appearing breast. The downside is the scarring which has to occur. It will be no less than a "lollipop pattern" scar but maybe an "anchor" pattern scar which allows more shaping of the breast mound if needed. Best of luck. Dr. Reilly

Answer: 37, one breastfed child, 135 lbs., 5’4. Can I have a lift with no implants? What could I expect from my results? Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, you are a good candidate for a vertical breast lift. Your superior poles have minimum volume, this can be improved with an autoaugmentation technique that I use in my breast lift surgeries like your situation. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in all aspects of breast surgery for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Answer: What to expect with a breast lift From your photographs, it seems you are a good candidate for a breast lift. A small implant would give you more upper pole fullness and probably a more rounded, youthful-looking result. No one really needs an implant, but the expectations are different. It seems it would be good to talk to a board certified plastic surgeon to give you a good idea of what you could expect with just a lift.
