Breast lift with fat transfer - can I have the breast fat transfer 2 months after the breast lift?

Breast lift techniques typically involve some degree of tissue removal or reduction. However, when combining a breast lift with fat transfer, it’s essential to preserve your existing breast volume to provide an optimal environment for the fat graft to integrate effectively.
The Push-up Lift technique allows for reshaping and lifting the breast while fully preserving your natural breast tissue, creating an ideal foundation for successful fat grafting. When paired with submuscular fat grafting, this method can enhance overall breast volume, typically increasing breast size by approximately one cup size.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. I usually wait 3-6 months before doing fat transfers.
