How can I get rid of small colorless bumps on my forehead? (photo)

I've had them for about four months now, and they don't cause any pain. Thank you!

Comedones

Hi Christine.

From your photos it looks like these are closed comedones, which is a form of acne. A few things can help (or a combination of these): tretinoin cream at night, salicylic or glycolic acid-based skincare products, manual extractions by a suitably qualified facialist, electrosurgery e.g. hyfrecation or oral treatment e.g. isotretinoin or the combined contraceptive pill.

Of course best to see a dermatologist to confirm diagnosis and advise!

bumps on the forehead can be many different things including acne, clogged pores, or growths of some type such as warts or sebaceous hyperplasia or milial cysts, among other things.  Best to see a board certified dermatologist to figure out what they are and how to make them better.
