I am a 25 year old mother/girlfriend/student with BAD acne. I have literally tried everything. Dermatologists have put me on birth control, topical meds, antibiotics and 2 full courses of accutane, but I still have acne. I am healthy and fit, drink tons of water and eat pretty healthily. I wash my face and moisturize regularly. Nothing is working at all. This is very frustrating. I am certain I CAN'T get rid of my acne for good, but I would like to get it under control. What is the next step?

Physical modalities such as periodic superficial peels, microdermabrasions, or Levulan Photodynamic Therapy are all avenues that should be discussed with your doctor as well.
Treatment for BAD acne
