Hi all. I have had a consultation where obviously my goals were spoken about and ultimately told I was borderline needing a lift. I don’t mind a natural fall to my breast. I’ve had four kids. I don’t want a super augmented look or super perky boobs. But I do want upper pole fullness back and to feel okay in clothing where my breasts sit nicer. So I am booked in four weeks but now doing research I am so worried I’ll be unhappy incase they sag further or bottom out. What in your professional opinion would you recommend. She thought 350cc high profile round mentor OTM. Just need some honest opinions. I’m a 34B just wanting to be a full C or small D.

Answer

Honest opinion on breast implants currently 25 years old and really wanting to do this surgery the only thing I keep debating if it’s worth it doing it now or waiting to have all my kids i currently don’t have kids but want at least 3 in the future. Goals in having kids 1-2 years. Pros and cons please

Answer

I had Lipo 360 in September 2025. Before my surgery, my stomach hung down to the point that I had to physically lift it. My surgeon explained beforehand that I would likely have excess skin after the procedure and would probably need a tummy tuck to achieve the results I was looking for. Now, at 54 years old, and 35 years after giving birth to three children, I’m ready to pursue the stomach I’ve always dreamed of! I understand that there are different types of tummy tucks, and I would love to learn which procedure might be best for my body and the results I hope to achieve. Although this may not be the best photo to assess my situation, I would appreciate feedback from experienced professionals. Based on what you can see, might I be a candidate for a tummy tuck, and which type of procedure would you recommend I explore? I know every body is different, and I understand that an in-person consultation would be necessary to determine the best approach. I’m simply looking for some guidance as I take this next step toward achieving the results I’ve been longing for.

Answer

I’m 38, 5’9” and 147 lbs. I have had a twin pregnancy and two singleton pregnancies and am done having kids. I’m currently signed up for a mommy makeover with a top surgeon who only does/specializes in body surgery, but am having second thoughts about the tummy tuck portion. I have very little loose skin, a long torso and a high belly button. My PS says I need a full TT due to significant diastasis above and below the navel. He said I will need either an inverted T scar or possibly floating vertical scar depending upon how far he can stretch my skin. I really want a low scar, and am concerned it will be too high (either the horizontal or vertical or both) due to lack of skin. That said, I’m tired of sucking in my stomach 24/7 to not look pregnant and have constant back pain when trying to lift weights, kids etc. Thoughts?

Answer

I’m 43 years old and 4’11”. I’m already slim, so part of me worries that undergoing a full tummy tuck with muscle repair may be unnecessary or a waste of money. However, I remain very self-conscious about my lower abdomen and do not feel comfortable wearing a bikini. My surgeon recommended a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and told me that I will also have a short vertical scar on my lower abdomen, in addition to the horizontal tummy-tuck scar. Based on my photos: 1. Does a full tummy tuck with muscle repair appear appropriate for my anatomy? 2. Is muscle repair likely to provide a meaningful benefit for someone who has never been pregnant? 3. Does the short vertical scar appear necessary? 4. Could a mini tummy tuck, skin-only tummy tuck, or another approach improve my lower abdomen without the vertical scar? 5. Would the improvement likely be significant enough to justify the procedure for someone who is already slim? I understand that photos cannot replace an in-person examination. I’m seeking additional professional opinions before making my final decision.

Answer

I am scheduled to have liposuction and bbl procedure but im starting to worry i will have a lot of loose skin and not like my results. Would J-Plasma work for my size belly? Or would i need a tummy tuck to get those results? My desire is to have a flat belly.

Hello! I'm sorry if this is repetitive. I am 20F (5'2, 105 lbs) in New Jersey. I am open to traveling outside of New Jersey (as long as it's less than two or three hours away by car). I have a deviated septum on both sides of my nose, and I've never been too fond of my nose, however the chin and jaw area (overall face shape/short face) was what I always wanted to be different the most. Also, I thought maybe it looks like I have pre-jowl sulcus, and that area I had been wanting to change as well. My goal is to correct my deviated septum, change my nose cosmetically (except for the bridge) so that it looks slightly smaller and narrower (making the tip smaller and the nostrils narrower), and to have a slightly longer, more proportionate face. I would also like for the pre-jowl sulcus around my chin to become a straight line instead of what it is currently, though I'm not sure how that can be done. I am thinking about getting a septoplasty, open tip-plasty, and either a chin implant (one that would add vertical height as well as projection, which I hope would also correct the pre-jowl sulcus if possible) or vertical sliding genioplasty. I am sorry if this does not seem fitting. - Would you say I should get the chin and nose done together? If so, do you think the chin implant would suffice? - Do you think I should get them done separately? If so, which would you recommend getting done first? I am sorry if this seems repetitive. Thank you very much.

Feel like i've got Inverted V Deformity? Im 7 month post op with thick skin, any chance this is just apart of healing or bad nose job?

Answer

I’m interested in rhinoplasty and would appreciate professional opinions on my nasal anatomy and what improvements may be possible. My main concerns are my bulbous nasal tip, the slight crookedness of my nose, the bump along my bridge, and what appears to be a hanging columella. Ideally, I’d like a straighter nose, a smoother bridge, a more refined tip, and less of a downward appearance beneath my nostrils. I would still like to maintain a natural appearance that complements my facial features. Based on my photos, what changes would you recommend, and what results could I realistically expect? I’m also considering a subnasal lip lift and would appreciate any advice on how these two procedures might affect one another.

Answer

Thinking of getting Lipo 360 and BBL done at same time as my implant revision (larger implants under the muscle). Is the recovery possible? Also have a 3.5hr flight planned four weeks later, would I be miserable? Worried it’s too many procedures at once..

What does "fellow" mean on a American boards of cosmetic surgery diploma? Does it mean they are board certified? Less certified? More certified? I'm freaking out my mommy makeover is coming so fast I should know these things right?

Answer

I’m going to be honest, I did not expect being told I would need a FNG based on results I’ve seen online. They’ve always been more long than round, I‘m a 34E. I also obviously don’t want to risk nipple necrosis, but I also do not want to lose sensation in my nipples with a FNG. I also mentioned that I’m losing weight and I’m aware that I might just end up needing a lift. However, the surgeon mentioned that with the volume loss after losing weight I’m basically guaranteed to need a FNG. He mentioned that he could try doing a reduction without a FNG right now and when I end up losing weight, we could try doing a non FNG lift again depending on how much the ptosis is then. He did mention a higher risk of losing a nipple though. I was going to go for a couple of more consultations, but if these are my only options, I don’t think I even want to move forward with it. Is a FNG truly my only option?

Answer

I had a BA a week ago. My surgery and recovery has been great. My PS and I were on the same page with my expectations and I am thrilled with the results. My pain was well managed and was off pain killers two days after the surgery with only an occasional Tylenol.Everything is going well. So why am I so sad? I have random moments when I cry for no reason. Other times I have anxiety. I don't have previous issues with depression. I am wondering if it is from the anesthesia? What's happening?

Botox post-pregnancy is safe if breast feeding?

Answer

I got jelly roll Botox in January and I am not liking it. It has made my under very eyes hollow. I know the Botox can take anywhere from 3-6 months to wear off, but will my under eyes ever look the same? The skin that was my jelly roll is loose and wrinkles every time I smile. Will that skin tighten back up? Is there anything I can do in the meantime to help while the Botox wears off and help the muscles tighten back up? The first photo was before Botox and the last two after a month after.

Hi everyone! I am a 32-year-old female seeking advice on early facial aging. Over the last few years—following a stressful period of grieving—I have noticed a distinct midface drop and subtle changes around my eyelids. The aging is quite asymmetrical; I have a noticeable jowl on one side of my face that really bothers me, while the other side is relatively smooth. My History & Treatment Goals: The Problem: Mild but asymmetrical midface sagging and a prominent single-sided jowl. Prior Procedures: I had a fat transfer to my cheeks, chin, and lips 2 years ago. I also had a HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) treatment, which actually made my jowl look worse and more deflated. What I Avoid: I do not trust non-surgical energy devices after my HIFU experience, and I absolutely do not want dermal fillers. I am looking for a permanent, structural fix. Preferences: I prefer minimal visible scarring, a shorter duration under general anesthesia (or deep sedation), and lasting longevity. Given that my sagging is early/moderate but asymmetrical, which approach would you recommend? I am researching endoscopic midface lifts, SMAS facelifts, and deep-plane facelifts. I’ve read that endoscopic lifts have shorter scars but may not last, while deep-plane lifts offer incredible longevity but require a longer incision.

Answer

I’m 42 and have been unhappy with how my lower face has been aging over the past few years. I’m noticing increased heaviness, loss of jawline definition, and early jostling and sagging. I’m 5’8”, 135 lbs, and my weight has been stable for years. I’ve consulted with several surgeons so far ,two have recommended a mini facelift, while two others have advised a deep plane facelift with a neck lift. I’m hoping to get additional input from experienced surgeons here on which approach may be most appropriate at this stage. I’m open to the possibility of future procedures, but I’d like to make the best decision for where I am now and achieve results that allow me to feel confident and refreshed while still looking natural.

Answer

I have gone to a few different surgeons for consults and my most recent one (the one I’m booking with) is suggesting the largest of them all. I tried on a 300cc sizer (he said that’s approx what a 345cc mod profile would look like on me placed under the muscle and it felt so large and like they stuck out too much. With my BW of 12.5 he said my next option below that drops to low plus profile of 285 (which would look more like a 225 placed under the muscle). I’m leaning towards this as I really don’t want breastthat project outward a lot and look like two round balls I am wanting a nice slope and also want them to look nice in a hoodie/baggy clothes. I am fairly petite and when I tried a hoodie on with a larger implant I felt huge as they made like a “tent” Anyways.. will I be disappointed with 285cc low-plus profile like he says I will? Or is he just used to patients who want larger breasts?? I really wish I could do like a 300 moderate profile implant but he said they don’t have any that fit my BW I currentlt have barely any tissue (after breastfeeding 3 children) but I was so happy with my breastfeeding breast and kind of want that look but slightly larger. (I’m attach my breastfeeding breast photo)

Answer

I am seriously considering a breast augmentation, but what if I don't like the way the implants look after surgery?  Can the breast implants be taken out, and would my breasts look the same as they used to? I am just getting scared because with plastic surgery, it seems like there is no going back if you don't like the outcome.

Answer

I want a natural look that is propotional for me. I am 158cm tall and weight 47kg. My base width is 12,75cm. I have minimal breast tissue after 2 kids. My bra size is 32A. I don’t want them too big or too small.

Answer

I am 45yo with DDD breasts that have been bothering me for years. I have a phobia of general anesthesia which has kept me from seeking a traditional breast reduction. I’m at my whit’s end with these heavy knockers and would love to hear from some doctors who have performed breast Lipo under light/twilight sedation. I have scattered fibroglandular breast tissue, and am 5’3” 150lbs, menopausal and finding weight exceptionally hard to shift now and breast tissue much bigger than 10 years ago.

Hi, I’m 36 years old and had 3 kids. I’m about 185pds and 5”5. I mostly just want to remove the fat in my abdomen And have less downtime but scared I may have loose skin , should I get tummy tuck or lipo?

Answer

45 year old female, tall frame with long proportions. I've never had any surgeries. I lost 10-12 pounds a couple of years ago after the death of a loved one. I regained it back in terrible places. Target areas: abdomen, waist, flanks, full thigh, knees, circumferential calves, ankles, and upper arms. Wishlist: possible minor breast augmentation via fat transfer, 1/2 to 1 cup I believe I am seeking support for a continuous lower-body line transformation with circumferential lower-body harmonization. I want an ultra smooth, ultra natural taper for a long, linear leg line. I also want reduced upper arm size. Please let me know if I'm using the wrong terms. Given my interests and photos, am I candidate for a minimally invasive, low-sedation, or awake micro-liposuction protocol? I currently weigh 150-155, 5'9", within a healthy BMI, but is it helpful to lose a few pounds before any procedures? What would be my best next step? I've done some research, but really am relying on reviews. I am open to procedures in the US or interntionally.

Answer

I would like to know of any surgeons in the miami area who are comfortable with doing this procedure. I'm 5'6, 135lb, 21 and i have a large amount of fat on the back of my upper thighs on the side ( around button), not directly under the banana roll. I never had fat in this area until i put on weight recently and it is stubborn and won't shift with weight loss. It has also made me lose the curvature of my bum, so I'm looking to get a BBL and have liposuction on this area of my legs.
