I’m 68” and 155 lbs. I’ve always had a small waist but larger hips and a tiny belly pouch. I do cardio and lift weights 4 days a week and eat well. I’d like to look leaner but still maintain my curves. One PS suggested lipo 360 and tummy tuck while another suggested just hips and abdomen without a tuck. What would I benefit from the most? I also plan to do arms.

We would need to know a little bit more of your medical history for instance, if you’ve had pregnancies or if there’s been any fluctuation of weight that can contribute to changing the condition of the skin however, just based off the pictures and information provided you would be an excellent candidate for 360 Liposuction with J plasma! Hello! I think with your figure and frame and lack of an abundance of loose skin you would benefit from Lipo 360 w/ vaser and renuvion Jplasma to help tighten the skin. The only benefit of a tummy tuck would be in terms of muscle repair (diastasis) after pregnancy or large volume weight fluctuations. No need for a large scar if you are trying to address hips and a little belly fat. Good luck!

Based on your photos, it appears that you do not have a large amount of fat overall.Liposuction is a surgical procedure that targets subcutaneous fat &mdash; the fat beneath the skin &mdash; and is especially effective for removing stubborn fat in areas like the lower abdomen that are difficult to lose through diet or exercise.
A tummy tuck involves surgically removing excess skin. However, from both your front and side views, there doesn’t appear to be any noticeable loose or sagging skin.
At this point, skin excision does not seem necessary, and liposuction alone may help achieve a more contoured appearance for your abdomen.

What's clear is that liposuction will benefit you; '360' versus 'hips and abdomen' is just terms that would be clarified in the office. The real question is whether to excise abdominal skin in addition to achieve a smooth and predictable result. This requires an honest, and most importantly, expert opinion, and can not be determined with photographs, at least in your case. The little shadow below your bellybutton suggest a loss of skin elasticity, but may be irrelevant. I can tell you some of my colleagues here in Beverly Hills would also suggest Renuvion/J Plasma to 'tighten' skin. I have and use the device and I can tell you it doesn't tighten skin; it tightens subcutaneous skin ligaments to help scar the skin down - there's a difference. Unfortunately, anyone who's expert body contouring will tell you that you need to be evaluated in person.

Liposuction only removes fat and does not remove skin. You have a little bit of excess skin below the umbilicus and you may benefit from a mini tummy tuck at the time of liposuction. You do not have significant skin to have a full tummy tuck.

You don't need a tummy tuck.  The lipo with quantum/morpheus is just what the doc ordered and you should see amazing results under local.  Be sure to not get general anesthesia if you want the best results.
