Is it possible to narrow the nasal bridge without lowering the dorsum? I have a straight bridge and don't want it lowered, but depending on the surgeon I speak to, they suggest a different reliability of result. Thanks

Answer: Narrowing the bridge without lowering it during rhinoplasty is common!
In our experience, the most common complication of rhinoplasty surgery is a nose bleed. We have seen this anywhere within the first 21 days after surgery. For that reason, I would wait 3 to 4 weeks in between rhinoplasty and BBL. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
