I have a wide chest frame/ribs. I’m getting my surgery done internationally. I originally decided on 450cc HP dual plane w lollipop lift. I’ve done a lot of research which sugggests I may like moderate plus better, due to wanting to fill my cleavage/chest and a more natural projection. I absolutely know chat gpt is not a doctor, so was hoping someone may put their thoughts into this and weigh in! 130lbs/ 5’5 after substantial weightloss. 27 years old.

They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.
