If your main concern is your abdominal area and breasts, then from your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for a mommy makeover, which includes a tummy tuck and breast enhancement. Hello @KAYLAHO01 thank you for your question and showing your pictures. You're a great candidate for both procedures combined. However if you had to choose just one I suggest you have a tummy tuck because is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and strengthens the abdominal muscles, in which there is abdominal lipolysis, abdominal diastases repair, skin removal with umbilical reconstruction. While a BBL is a Liposculture with fat transfer to the glutes that molds the body in a harmonic way but won't get rid of the excess skin or repair the abdominal wall. Best wishes!

You seem to be good candidate for MMO. My suggestion would be to start with liposuction of torso and fat transfer for shaping and augmentation of buttocks/hips (BBL). Next procedure, not sooner than 6 months after first procedure, should include TT and breast lift, which can be done together. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for a mommy makeover surgery. If you want to primarily focus on your abdomen, I would recommend a fully tummy tuck, liposuction 360 with BBL. Aggressive liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and back can help create the hourglass figure, and tummy tuck will help address the excess skin and create a flat abdominal contour.
Sometimes, breast surgery can be added in addition to the abdominal contouring surgery, or it can be performed at a later point, usually 3-6 months after.
I would recommend an in person evaluation by the Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to evaluate the thickness of your skin and status of your muscles

If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. You can also undergo a breast lift or reduction if desired. The last thing you should do is a Brazilian butt lift.

I think that you could be a good candidate for both procedures if you are in good health. I would recommend a breast lift if you feel that your breasts are too low . I do not think that you need breast implants.
I think that you could do both a BBL and MM at the same time. Again, a very important consideration is your overall health. Please see several Board certified plastic surgeons in your area to discuss the procedures , their overall health risks and your personal medical history.

Congrats on having your two kids! Yes, you are a candidate for a BBL and mommy makeover. I would schedule your BBL first to remove all of your fat and contour your waist/butt/hips. Then in second surgery would do your tummy tuck combined with a breast procedure. These need to be done at separate times due to 1) opposite positions required during recovery for each procedure, and 2) because you cannot do complete liposuction of your abdomen at the same time as a full tummy tuck due to skin flap blood supply issues related to healing a tummy tuck incision. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT and BBL. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
