1.5 years post op - what are these irregular bumps/dimples along my ab line? (Photos)

Hello! Unfortunately, that looks like a bit too aggressive of liposuction along your linea alba (midline natural line). Any muscle separation or diastasis would make this look even worse. Early in the post op period, aggressive massage w/ roller can partially correct it but if it is so far out, your best bet would be a revision liposuction procedure w/ vaser ultrasound to help break up the scar tissue and give you better symmetry. These appear to be contour irregularities from liposuction. More lipo can potentially create more contour irregularities, especially considering how lean you are.

The most frequent "complication" of liposuction are irregularities, lumps and asymmetry. although most of these correct in time, in same cases additional liposuction like procedure may be needed to brake and improve these lumps. This is an issue that you could discuss with your surgeon, lipectomy without aspiration

These irregularities are due to the fact that he liposucted in the midline, trying to give you a concavity and some areas had too much fat removed. That is why you have the hollow and the contour irregularities. The treatment may be to tract that area and put some fat back into that area.
