I've allergan textured biocell implants under the muscle they are firm in places the breast implants. Im wondering which would be best to find problems a mri scan of the chest or ultrasound?

You may have injured the muscle when lifting something heavy. This may not have anything to do with the implants. Rest the area and visit with your primary care physician if the pain doesn't subside.
