Protocols will vary from surgeon to surgeon, practice to practice and procedure to procedure.

Pre-op labs within a month of surgery is fairly standard. A Hb of 11.7 while slightly low is not usually grounds for cancellation in a procedure with expectation of minimal blood loss (i.e. breast augmentation).

Unfortunately, you have only provided a side view and no frontal view. I can only see a super tip concavity. You may benefit from a rhinoplasty to straighten the dorsum. If you want to change the width of the nose this can be done at the same time. I need more photographs to give a more accurate answer.

Sone surgeons use throat packs and others do not. I usually use a throat pack to prevent blood in the trachea but I know many who don’t. I don’t think it’s a basis for selecting one surgeon over another. I am aware of a case where there was an airway problem after rhinoplasty and the fact that a throat pack was not used became a major issue ( not my case) . Since then I usually use a throat pack. There is nothing bad about using one.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Board Certified Plastic Surgeons undergo rigorous training in the field with 5-6 years in residency followed by at least a year in practice after that before passing the boards. It sounds like your sugeon may have discussed a fat transposition, which uses sutures to help reposition the orbital fat pads onto the bony rim in order to add volume to the bony rim and upper cheek.
