Forehead Volume Loss Dent. How can this be corrected? (Photos)

If after further workup regarding this problem shows no underlying disease that needs treatment, filler would be a good option. I recently took care of a patient with a similar issue that was from a skull fracture suffered during a car crash. Hers was much worse than yours and after a surgical procedure to improve the dent to roughly where yours is, she responded very well to filler placement and was very happy. She will likely undergo fat grafting in the future to permanently fill the area. That is what I would recommend for you. Try filler and if it works well for you, have fat grafting performed so you don't have to keep paying for filler and keep getting poked every year or two.
