I had orbital reconstruction due to an orbital blowout and 2mm enopthalmos from blunt force trauma. I had a titanium plate put on the medial wall and orbital floor. After surgery my eye looks worse than before and for some reason my lower eyelid is raised and it wasn’t before surgery. I still have 2mm enopthalmos and my eyes are two different shapes and sizes. I’m wondering if a revision surgery would be worth it. My surgeon is telling me “it’s not that bad” but to me it is.

I recommend a brow lift. This will decrease the vertical height of the forehead, lower the hairline and pull up the eyebrows. You may or may not benefit from an upper blepharoplasty.
