Hello I had my Deep Plane Face/Neck lift 10 months ago with Submandular gland reduction along with upper and lower bleph and endoscopic brow lift. My neck is “thick” looking from my profile and not sculpted and sharp as I had expected. Could it still just be swollen or should I address this? Not sure what if anything can be done? My weight is the same. Any advice would be much appreciated . Thank you
