My undereyes are all I notice about my face. I am 20 years old, slim, South East Asian. Is it too early for me to have a lower bleph? How can I balance my young age with lasting and natural results? Filler? Fat Transfer? Any help is much appreciated!

Since the upper cheeks are a major support to the under-eye regions, the expert use of an appropriately robust HA volumizing filler for the cheeks properly injected would help to smooth the transition between the upper cheeks and the under-eyes, as well as restore the more ideal, feminine oval...
I recommend a brow lift. This will decrease the vertical height of the forehead, lower the hairline and pull up the eyebrows. You may or may not benefit from an upper blepharoplasty.
