Would round 3 be helpful or possibly Sculptra? (Photos)

Question

I’ve now had 2 bbls the most recent being a revision. I’m 8 weeks post op, starting to have the same concerns as my first round. Flat spots, no real volume or just overall roundness and fullness. I’m also concerned with my back rolls & stomach. Stomach isn’t flat and pokes. I’ve spent over 20k and still not satisfied. It’s disappointing when I see girls that have spent much less w perfect results. Would a 3rd round be helpful, different MD of course.

It’s understandable to feel disappointed after investing so much time and money. A third round of BBL might help if there’s enough donor fat and you choose an experienced surgeon who specializes in body contouring revisions. However, results can still vary based on your anatomy, skin elasticity, and how your body retains fat.
Sculptra is sometimes used to fine-tune small contour irregularities or add subtle volume, but it’s generally better for minor touch-ups rather than significant projection or shape.
Regarding your stomach and back rolls, additional liposuction or skin tightening procedures might help achieve a smoother contour if residual fat or skin laxity is contributing to the look.
Before considering another surgery, a detailed consultation with a skilled revision specialist is crucial to evaluate whether another round will realistically meet your goals.

In the right hands, well-placed Sculptra will give you great results. Keep in mind, it takes 3-6 months to see results with Sculptra. Sculptra is a great product for improving facial volume and collagen building, but for best results, I recommend using it in a combination depending on desired results. We treat many patients who have unevenness or dimpling post BBL with Sculptra. In my experience it is better to wait longer than 8 weeks to see the full results of your BBL. Your body can absorb up to 50% of the fat cells injected and this process can take 4-6 months.
