Nasolabial folds, fine lines under eyes & emerging folds on upper cheeks at age 25 (Photo)

I want to treat my fine lines and folds. Two dermatologists have discouraged me from pursing fillers because of my age, 25. I was prescribed tretinoin instead but after three months of use, I'm still not satisfied with my skin. My acne improved but the wrinkles have not changed. I want to know my options: can I treat this topically (retinoids, AHA exfoliants, eyes creams, etc) or do I have to pursue a new form of treatment?

Your nasolabial folds can be softened with some Juvederm.  A little Botox under your eyes should take care of those fine lines.  Continue the Retinol.

Age 25, can I start with fillers

I do think that fillers would be beneficial for you in the NLF and upper/medial cheek area. I agree with the Retin A. Growth factor products from Lifeline are also recommended. Please choose your injector carefully after doing research. Longer term fillers such as Bellafill and Sculptra should be considered if you enjoy your initial HA filler.
