Hello! This is a common question most people ask upon consult. You can first try taping your nose at bedtime to help slim that area and decrease swelling. Also using a strong retinol on your nose can help shrink it and decrease oiliness without having to do anything invasive. You should see a provider who specializes in rhinoplasties. Hope this helps!

Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Hi , During a rhinoplasty the tip can be refined including other parts of the as well if needed. It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss the surgical procedure and the post op recovery
process.

Based on your photos, I agree that you have a wide tip appearance, and you may have a slightly curved, C-shaped appearance to your nose. On profile, you appear to have an underprojected and somewhat droopy nasal tip appearance. If you are dissatisfied with the appearance of your nose, please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialist who offer computer imaging so you could see what to expect moving forward. You have a droopy nose tip caused by poor tip support. This can be corrected with rhinoplasty. You can see some examples in the attached link.

The tip of the nose can be improved. However, the dorsum is curved slightly and the nasal columella angle is 90 degrees and it should be at 110 degrees. I would recommend a rhinoplasty to correct all 3 things.

You need refinement of the tip and increased projection. The cartilage needs to be refashioned and possibly a cartilage tip graft.

For tip of nose to appear smaller, the lower leteral cartilages should be trimmed, but also re-shaped and strengthened to add projection and tip definition, likely with a tip graft added. Skin of nasal tip should be dramatically thinned in my opinion, and lowering the nasal dorsum a bit would improve aesthetic tip-dorsum relationship. Also consider chin implant for improved balance, relationships, definition, and paradoxically for chin to appear more delicate.
