After healing from breast implant removal due to pain can I have implants done again?

lex.ham
I had my second set of 250cc then 300 cc removed with a small fat transfer due to chronic pain on one side ever since my last surgery (3 breast surgeries due to late seroma and capsule contracture). If my pain on that side does improve, does it seem likely that it would re occur if I get small implants again? Or if it is chronic nerve pain or something that won’t resolve, any harm in replacing implants? I could do a second transfer but I understand implants are more reliable.
