Thank you for your question. You have both fat and loose skin in the lower back and buttocks, then a 360° lower body lift is the better choice. Extended tummy tuck only addresses the front and some lateral skin but leaves loose skin and fat on the lower back and buttocks untouched. A 360° lower body lift removes excess skin and fat from the lower back, lifts the buttocks, and improves the waistline, flank, and overall circumferential contour. The scar is longer, but it is well-hidden under the underwear.

From your photographs, the skin roll only goes to your hips, and it seems that an extended tummy tuck would do the job. Your back seems to be in pretty good shape.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Hello, According to your pics extended tummy tuck might be enough, but we need to see better pics of your back. Also you may need a vertical cut in order to tighten your upper tummy

The biggest problem I see is your upper abdomen. You have excess horizontal skin and some people may need a fleur de lis to take care of this. However, the alternative for that is a breast lift called The Bellesoma Method. Unfortunately, you have not shown us your breasts but I imagine that since you lost 105 lbs. then your breasts are drooping as well. The Bellesoma Method will lift the breasts and also the upper abdomen and may eliminate the need for a fleur de lis. In terms of your abdomen, an extended tummy tuck with take care of the front portion. However, your buttocks are slightly low and a circumferential body lift will take of this as well. I recommend you do the breast lift first and at the same time do the tummy tuck. After those are complete then consider the posterior continuation with the circumferential body lift.

Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! From the photos it appears you have skin laxity primarily in the front but also around the lower back/buttocks. For optimal results a 360 tummy tuck would be recommended. It would address the skin laxity in the front and back. It would also address excess fat and correct abdominal wall separation. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

I’m certain this is not something to do with the sex of the surgeon, but perhaps experience.

To correct your lateral hip looseness would require going nearly 360°. It could stop short by a couple inches from the midline posteriorly.

Anything less than this will leave a significant posterior Dog ear and not correct the lateral hip.
