I lost about 65 pounds following gastric sleeve in 2015 and lost an additional 40 pounds over the last 5 years working with a trainer and weight lifting. (Not that you can even tell in these pictures) I have had several consults. Weirdly, men surgeons are recommending 360 TT whereas the females surgeons are saying extended TT would be fine (cutting to the table). I am looking to the brilliant community for opinions. I am 49, five foot four and 155lbs. I have had three children with my oldest in their 20s, am obviously done having children. I have front, side and bent over photos for reference. :(

it is unlikely that your previous tummy tuck surgery has caused hernias. During a tummy tuck, the surgeon will remove excess skin and tighten your abdominal muscles if there is separation.
