Hello and thank you for your question and the picture. Addressing the shape of your nose (especially the nasal tip) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any functional issues with your nose. I would be able to adjust the size, shape, and definition of your nose (particularly the tip)! I would honestly urge you to avoid surgery abroad, especially in Turkey- I see SO MANY horrifying complications from nosejobs done there (that the surgeons don't post on their websites) and I then have to fix everything, which is much more challenging for me and overall much more frustrating and expensive for the patients! This truly is a surgery of millimeters- and whether you're looking for a minor adjustment or a major transformation, it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve functional and natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. I hope this helps!Dr. Donald GrovesAesthetic Plastic Surgeon
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos if you can send your photos from side and front profile 95 degree and better light we can make more true evaluation. It would be better face to face consultation.Best Regards!
Rhinoplasty can definitely address functional concerns such as breathing issues and aesthetic problems like a crooked nose. With piezo technique, we correct structural deformities for a straighter nose, enhance facial symmetry and aesthetic balance, implement nasal function for better breathing. This will give you straight bose along with boosting self-confidence with a more natural appearance
You have a small amount of nasal deviation, which is likely secondary to both cartilage as well as bony asymmetry. This should be able to be corrected by any good rhinoplasty surgery in the United States or in Turkey. Traveling for your surgery would be your choice as excellent surgeons are available in both. Deviated noses can be brought into much better alignment and usually require some cartilage grafting and suture shaping of the cartilage.
This nose could be significantly improved/straightened with a rhinoplasty. I recommend staying in the United States. If you have a problem, it will be impossible for you to fly back for adequate management.
Dear Peacefull702901, thanks for sharing your picture and concern, this definitely is not too crooked to be fix, in Dominican Republic we can fix it, please feel free to go through our website or Instagram page to see some amazing cases. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.
This is definitely not too crooked to fix. I hope you have a chance to go to our website and see some of the noses we have that started out much more asymmetric than your nose. The key is to fix and straighten your septum. Not just the deeper portions of the septum (normally addressed with a septoplasty) but to straighten the supportive portions of the septum. This will help with your breathing as well as the overall look. As for surgery in foreign countries, hum, not sure. There are some procedures you might consider doing outside of the US, rhinoplasty is probably the last one I would do foreign. I have done revisions on many people who have had rhinoplasty done in Asian, Mexico, and elsewhere. This is a difficult operation and is central to your face, your identity. So, be careful and cautious. The link below is to one of my patients who had a very crooked nose to start.
Hi from Istanbul!Thank you for your question.Your nose is a bit crooked but it can be considered as a deviation. You seem to be a good candidate for rhinoplasty surgery. It will not be difficult to fix it for an experienced surgeon.Best luck!
Small imperfections tend to be magnified by long distances, especially after rhinoplasty surgery. Based on your single photograph, we can see a deviated nasal appearance, along with asymmetrical nostrils. Much of this could be due to a deviated nasal septum. Consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialist so you could see what to expect after surgery. I do not believe that your nose is too deviated to be corrected. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty to help straighten your crooked nose. There are many maneuvers that can be performed to help this during surgery. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Many thanks for your enquiry The middle portion of the nose is mainly composed of cartilage with bone making up the top part of the nose. As such slimming the middle section is not as simple and even though your query is of achieving a minimal change, this can often still entail a complex...
Fillers are not the best approach. The best approach would be a revision of rhinoplasty. The cartilage graft needs to be removed and probably replaced with a different position graft, if necessary. Your breathing problem will also be addressed. You may have internal nasal valve collapse. ...
