What is the best way to treat an indented scar from spider bite? (Photo)

I got bit above my lip by a spider 4 months ago. At this time, I have several indented puncture marks from the fangs as well as a line. I've used different scar gels, exfoliant, etc. a dermatologist said he could take care of it with a Dot laser. Is this the best route to take or is there some chance it might continue to fill in some? Help!

Spider Scar Solution--Lasers, microneedling/prp, fillers

This can be improved with a combination treatment of lasers, RF treatments, microneedling/prp, subcision and fillers. I recommend a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Hidef Scar revision for a lip scar

I would suggest a Hidef scar protocol that includes fractional laser, ematrix RF, filler, and subcision.
