Is there a procedure that can reduce the size of the alar without affecting the nostril? I want to make the top and sides of the alar smaller but I don’t actually want to change the size of the nostril openings. I looked into alarplasty but this seems to be changing the size of the actual nostril opening. Is there another procedure for removing some flesh from the side and top? Sorry if this is unclear - I tried to show what part I want changed with a photo! Can this procedure still be done to make natural results and will it be more risky or expensive?
