Will weight loss cause your breasts to sag?

Breasts are composed of dense glandular tissue and soft fat. The effect of weight loss on your breasts depends on the amount of fat in your breasts. If there is a large amount of fat in your breasts, they will feel very soft and losing weight may cause them to deflate. If there is little fat in your breasts, they will feel very firm and they will probably not change much with weight loss.
