Does having orchiectomy completely ruin the chances of getting full SRS later on? Does it lower quality?
I've heard two completely opposed schools of thought on this. My doctor (HRT specialist and amazing doctor but not surgeon) says absolutely it will complicate future SRS and that surgeons won't want to perform SRS on someone with an orchi. I've read elsewhere that having an orchi in no way complicates having SRS later on. Looking for clarity, as I'd like to get the much cheaper orchi for now and save on meds while saving up for full SRS later (when/ ifI can ever afford it). Thanks!
