I previously had liposuction of the chin which left a lot of loose skin. Im not overweight, just had the double chin genes. Tried everyrhing from threadlift, morpheus8, facetite etc and nothing works for more than a few months if at all. I wouldve thought a neck lift would be what i am after but the surgeon i saw recommended mini face lift (without neck lift), saying its thw only thing that will work. I feel like that is overkill maybe and or wont adress the neck properly?
Hello. Here is an expanded question to my first previous question. Ive never had any fillers, Botox or any other injections or procedures done. Ive always had chubby cheeks growing up and now that I am 30 they seemed to be a bit droopy and lost their fullness. I dont think buccal fat removal is for me, I dont want that. Can a professional please help me find the best procedure so I can slim and tighten my face permanently, at least till Im in my 50s.
I have extreme signs of aging in my lower face that I wish to treat. Ive always had very full fatty lower cheeks and flat upper ones, smile lines and dimples and a weak chin. Aging is creating extreme sag, especially around the mouth and below the lip, plus loss of my jaw shape. I am only in my early thirties, so a facelift seems extreme. Possibly a minor one? I had upper cheek fillers that I felt helped, but worry about maintaining them. I also had rhino at 18 and felt it left this area expose
In September last year I had a SMAS plication and neck lift with fat graft. However now after 9 months my jowls are not adequately addressed and my brow/eye area looks crowded. What procedures should I consider to get my face looking refreshed and younger.
I am a woman in her mid-fourties would would like to pull the trigger on facial rejuvination this summer. I have considered everything from a rhinoplasty to area specific lift, full face and neck, forehead lowering you get the idea. I want a harmonious result which is why Im looking at a whole face approach rather than piece by piece. So the question is: what would you do to give me a more restorative and youthful appearance, modify the areas that need to be addressed and increase my attractiveness? You mayb have a long list or just a few things that would make a major impact but either way I would like to know! Im hoping for a July or August surgery and then returning for some body improvements once the summer comes to a close. I am attaching photos I just took today. Ive never had facial surgery (fillers and Botox) and am 46 year old who live in France. Merci!
3.5 yrs ago had stroke resulting in limited mobility. Walk unaided at home, aide accompanies me going anywhere to prevent falls. Recently my eyelid on affected side spasms and will not fully open. I also have RA, under tx. I am considering Botox, for eyelid (medical) & cosmetic reasons. I really prefer facelift. Can I do this using sedation, not general, for safety reasons?
Hi. I am 54 postmenopausal. I have lax skin which is much worse on on the left side just above the jaw. I think from years of leaning on my hand. My face is now asymmetrical and it often looks like I have a golf ball in there. I am scared to get a facelift just yet. Do I haave any good options? Thank you.
I had a SMAS facelift almostexactly one year ago. I still have the sensation that my ears are being pulled down from the inside. I feel extreme discomfort and tightness along my jawline, under my chin and around the ears. I have brought this up with my surgeon and he claims to have no idea what this might be and offered to refer me to a pain clinic. Can someone please explain to me what may have caused this and what, if any, imaging or scan can be done to prove that damage was done? I seriously feel like I have been in chronic pain for the past year. I feel this tightness and pain every single moment of every day and Im worried that this is irreversible and that the surgeon did irreparable harm. Please help!
I had a previous facelift nine years ago. Aging has caused it to droop again(damn it!). I am considering another facelift along with breast augmentation to increase upper pole fullness. I have two questions. 1. What is your recommendation for my face? 2. I am worried breast aug will look too high and possibly ridiculous on my 66 year old body. . What is your suggestion for an implant. I am in perfect health with low BMI. I take no medication and exercise regularly along with weight training.
