I had a lower face lift, 7 months ago now. The left side is good, the scarring I believe should have been more concealed My right side it has this pulling and since complaining my surgeon has cut contact with me. I've seen older people with better results and I feel like the right side was not done correctly. I still have fatty arrears around my jowls but my main concern is that pulling / rippled look on my right side when I look down
Had a facelift 7 months ago and had rippling on one side. My PS said it would go away, but so far it hasn't. He says I am over critical and look great. Anyway recently I have seen photos of micro needling and this procedure does seem to help with the skin texture. Will this procedure help or will I need a revision? So tired of waiting, thanks for all your input.
I have lost two stone (14kgish) and I noticed these ripples on my face when I smile. Also my pores are much more visible on my cheeks. This disappears when I pull the skin back and upward. What is the best way to rid myself of these ripples, theyre not like the naso-labial fold I have seen in other photos, Im not sure what these are, only present when smiling. Im 31, Please help.
I posted photos 6 weeks ago. Expected that I would see improvement with time. Now at the 3 month mark with no improvement. Dents, ridges, and swelling/ripples, my L side. It feels firm and spongy. I .posted photos to my PS who is OS who advises to wait 6 months. Any idea what could be causing this ( early on I had a seroma which was drained ) and why there has been no improvement? Do I need to wait or can I get it fixed now? I have been having red LED Therapy. Any input greatly appreciated.
5 weeks after face lift with cheek and brow lift, one side just above jaw line looks like a claw mark partially indented and the ear close to it is still feeling fat and some what numb, it looks like an impression from the drain from cheek which was removed the day after surgery, other side has a litte bit of same, dr seems concerned by thinks it will heal itself, im freaking out, any idea what and why
I am 59 years old. After having 3 facelifts during my lifetime, the skin around my lower cheeks and chin area is now starting to look wavy (lumpy). Could this be caused by having 3 facelifts? I am currently seeing a cosmetic dermatologist who is injecting filler to smooth out these areas, but the lumpiness can still be seen. Is there anything besides filler that can correct this problem?
