Hi, I am 23 and have deep nasolabial folds. I didn't have any when I was 18, and it seems like over the past 5 years, my cheek muscle/fat pad has descended and pooled around my nasolabial region. I have a malocclusion (slight overbite and slight lip incompetence), but when I spoke to a jaw surgeon, he said jaw surgery wouldn't help my nasolabial folds. I am really distressed by my nasolabial folds and hate being in lightings where they are obvious. Am I a candidate for midface lift?
im 22 and next to the sides of my nostrils where my cheeks finish is fat lines. ive tried looking up to find the proper name for this area but cant. i want to get rid of these lines and cant really see any solutions online besides a face lift of sorts
i've done alot of treatments to fix my marionettes and jowling, including morpheus8 , fat loss injections even working out my masseter, buccal fat removal and chin lipo, threads. I feel like I'm wasting my money and should just get a mini facelift, but alot of surgeons have disagreed because of my age, But i think treating it from now will prevent it from happening worse when im 40. what do you think?
Doctors and Surgeons around! Thanks for answering. I had this bump on my forehead since I was like around 7 years old, I fell on tile. Didn't bother me over the years until I was in 7th grade and just ignored it again. Now turning 18 in 2 months I'm just hating it more cosmetically and worried it might affect me as an adult. I'm thinking it could a cyst or some kind of bone fracture, maybe a blood clog! Help!
I am 20 years old, but i already have prominent eyebags and nasolabial folds. I'm looking for a permanent solution, so I am NOT interested in getting fillers or facials. I know there are less intense options such as the mini facelift, but I really like the look of a ponytail facelift, I feel like it changes the entire face in a way other procedures can't. Am I eligble for a ponytail facelift at my age? Are there any side effects getting it at 20 other than potentially worse scarring?
I'm 23 years old and my face started to sag/fall off this way around 4 years ago, i tried gaining weight, but despite my best efforts eating 3k+ calories i could never gain weight or gain the fat back in my face. In summer of 2019, i had perfect skin, my face looked good and i wasn't sagging, then a few months after my skin slowly looked like it was about to fall off. Is a facelift my only option? I got fillers under my eyes and in my jaw a few years ago, but it didn't do much.
In every professional picture taken of me, I notice how saggy my cheeks and mouth are. I also despise how square my face is. What surgeries do I need to correct these? I am 18 but I still havent grown into my baby fat so I am losing hope. My face is so saggy that I have a resting sad face that always gets comments.

The patient is mostly concerned with the premature aging that has resulted in his face. - under eye circles -pronounced nasolabial folds -upper, mid, and lower cheek sagging -droopy lips - Patient has tried dermal fillers and but has not been satisfied with the results. Would a facelift be appropriate?
l am a slightly overweight 19 year old female with severe eyebags and prominent smile lines. I also have a large nose and small lips, which leads to me believe I have an ugly side profile. As I result, I would like to get work done to fix these. I have considered getting lip filler, a micro facelift, and some sort of chin augmentation to fix what I believe is making me so unfortunate looking from the side. Can any doctor weigh in on this? Are there better options?
