My eyes have been reasonably small all my life but since 2017 my eyes have been bulging and I have had the following symptoms: dry/irritated eyes, scleral show (see pic), pressure sensation behind eyes (stopped 2018), double vision (mornings only). Doctor said my serum TSH levels are normal (1.08miu/L). Been prescribed eye drops for dry eyes however this problem is distressing and people say I look nervous terrified all the time. What can I do to fix this?
I've been diagnosed with AN (2.9 mm) august 2011. Before the operation didn't have any symptoms besides rapid hearing loss on the tumor side, right side of the lip was numb. During the operation the anatomic function of the facial nerve has been preserved, sensitivity came back. However it's been a year after the operation and the facial weakness haven't resolved, incomplete eye closure still there, eye dryness. Is there potential for recovery with no surgical interference? Thank you for reply!
I had a face lift and lower/upper eye lid surgery 3 months ago. Everything is healing great except for my left eye. I have been experiencing double vision and blurriness for about a month and it appears to not be getting better. I have visited an ophthalmologist who thinks it's dry eye and has given me some eye drops for the dry eye, but the double vision /blurriness remains. For the past couple of days, my lower lid at my left eye has been swollen, irritated & itchy.
I had a facelift and upper and lower Blepharoplasty one year ago, overseas. Because too much skin was removed, my lower eyelids are drooping, causing very irritated and extremely dry, teary eyes and outside corners are stretch, leaving my eyebrow without natural curve. Taping and surgically tightening outside corners from inside, helped only temporally. Now, my new eye plastic surgeon recommended take a skin strips from my mouth, and implanting it, internally in to my lover eyelids. Please,Eva
