Facelift + Asymmetry Q&A

Hello facelift surgeons, I have very longstanding Bells palsy asymmetry (from 30 years ago) that affects my nasolabial fold and upper and lower lip area on one side. It is relatively mild, but bothers me a lot. I am hoping to find a surgeon who might be able to reposition the smas differently on the two sides so at least it will be more symmetrical when my face is at rest. Do any of you do this? I can travel anywhere within the US. Thank you!

I am looking for your advice on which facial procedures you feel would make me look younger and perhaps help with the asymmetry. I have aways had asymmetric eye and eyebrows, and it's started to bother me as the skin become loser with age (I have also lost over 70 lbs in the last year). I plan to lose another 30, but can already tell some lose skin will be a problem for me. Would a face or brow lift be the solution?

Dear doctors, I've lost a lot of face fat in the last two years, esp. in my cheeks which started to sag. One side seems to have lost more than the other so my face looks more asymmetric now (more fat on one cheek + upper eyelids looks different). What procedures could help in my case? I was thinking about endoscopic brow lift for upper eyelids + lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer for under eyes but I'm not sure what to do about my cheeks? Fat grafting or endoscopic cheek lift?

Im 49 and am concerned with my jowels and stringy neck. Also hooded eyes. I have asymmetry. Would I be a good candidate for a mini lift, midi or would I need a full face lift?
