I had a facelift two years ago and and I am left with a verticle type dent (not a diagonal cross dent toward my ear). I would like to know what caused it, what it is, and how it should be treated. Thank you.
I have lots of volume loss that has caused deep nasolabial folds and now marionette line:( what is really bothering me is the horizontal indent that has formed in addition to the dimple. What in the world is happening?? I've had some filler and it's helped sine but my skin is so loose that it just sags. Is a facelift my only option?? I turn 50 in September. Thanks!
Indentations of forehead primarily in the middle can only be seen in certain light Can feel an indent with fingers when touched Is there anything that can be done to fix this about a year ago I had a fall on my face, nothing was broken but I am wondering if this could be related? I am 25 years old Is it possible that this is just the shape of my skull?
I've been using spectacles for the last 10 years. I wanted to remove them. So I underwent Laser eye treatment to clear my sight.Due to the use of spectacles, dent marks (black spots) formed on both sides of my nose bridge. Which is this the best procedure to remove these dent marks? Please advice.
I had a face and neck lift 8 weeks ago and have suddenly developed an angry red area immediately in front of the right ear. Can this be from a problem originating underneath the skin which is manifesting itself so late after surgery? there is also a noticeable elongated dent on that side.. Any suggestions as to the cause? I'm getting concerned because of the time elapsed since surgery. The redness I have developed is not within the scar line in front of the ear but about 1/2 cm further away, it doesn't touch the scar. I'm therefore wondering if the surgeon placed a stitch in that spot to hold up the jowl fat and this is now causing the problem. There is no pain or swelling, just redness.
I am more lumpy than I was a couple of weeks ago. Both sides but L is worse. I can also pinch a fold of skin above my jawline ( see photos) and I have dents. It feels very lumpy under the skin. I have been massaging daily. Is this normal? I had surgery OS and cannot see my surgeon. Should I get steroid shots? On the plus side I like how I look front on. Any input greatly appreciated. Yes I'm fretting a little as I go back to work soon and I can't hide it with makeup as it's 3D. Thank you.
Hello Doctors, just want your take on my dent. I'm only 3 weeks after my facelift & I know patience is required but I've had this dent since the bandages have come off. My PS reckons it's either the sucture which will dissolve or could be the layers of skin not settled yet & it will improve dramatically But sometimes my left cheek feels tight & a bit achy, sometimes the dent looks better & sometimes the same..
