Facelift on thin weak skin I would like to have a facelift to improve my appearance. My skin is very thin and is starting to get quite slack especially my jawline and under eyes. I have had prednisone in the past which I am sure has contributed to my thin skin but am ok at the moment. What procedures would be suitable for the very wrinkled under eye area and lower face given my skin type?
I am 48 yrs old. . My neck is sagging and skin has become very crepey. Skin is thin on my neck. Will a lower facelift and or neck lift fix this. Posting again as I did not post the best pics on first post. I was told by two doctors That I was not a candidate for neck lift as scars would be worse than the state of my neck. I hate looking at myself. Any advice appreciated
I had a neck/low face lift 2 years ago with great result. It did not fix the issue of nasolsbial area that seem to have a slight bulg due to sagging with hollow cheeks. I have very high cheekbones, little fat, thin skin and no wrinkles but sharp features and the issue creates unattractive shadows. I would like suggestions to best procedure to smooth out this minor issue similar to pulling slightly at temples. I also have slight sagging of upper eyelid outer corner and like to address both issue
I'm a 32 year old woman who had some pretty rough things happen to my face and now I'm left with this. It's honestly a daily struggle. Large pores, fine lines, thin skin, scars and more. Am I too young for a face-lift? Are there any other procedures that might help at all? Pictures are with make up on which just enhances everything worse.
Hello, I am a 26 year old Asian/Caucasian female. I've had a long history of stress and smoking which has caused premature aging to my face. The fat pads around my cheeks have dropped, the skin around my eyes has thinned and stretched to make very obvious, worn looking eye bags, and all the fat in my face has dropped to my mouth region. It really doesn't feel good to look like this, my skin feels much older. Anyway, would a facelift benefit me? Am I too young for one?
Im 49 yo women, premenopausal with dry, thin skin, 58 and 198lbs. Ive never had a cosmetic procedure. In my teens, I did have both my upper premolar teeth pulled by an orthodontist. I also feel like I need an eyelid lift, but dont want cat eyes. I also have hashimotos and am heterozygous for Factor V Leiden.
I have minor sagging in jaw area and very moderately loose skin all over. I like the way my face looks when I pull the skin back slightly in jaw and pull up skin in upper cheekbone region. However, I am perfectly content with my neck. I am 45 with thin fair skin. Is there a lift that is right for me? As I posed in a previous question, fillers have resulted in lumps lower down and edema in eye area so I don't want to go that route. Thanks in advance!
I have well cared for, sun protected, non smoking skin. I mentioned that while I don't want to look like someone else, dramatic improvement would be good. The doctor said I would not get as much improvement in the neck area as someone with thinner, more wrinkled, damaged skin would. And showed me picture examples. This is disappointing and doesn't seem like it could be correct? And I have a short neck I guess so will still have fat under there? Things that make you go hmm..
Four months ago I had a face/neck lift and lower eyelids, I look great! However, I still get a burning feeling in my face when exposed to heat (hot temperatures outside), laughing too hard, turning my head upside down (working out), or anything else that could cause my face to flush. I am very fair, thin skin, blonde, blue eyes, normal weight, healthy, early 50's. Is there anything I should do, not do, will this go away with time?
