Chronic distortion from filler - how can I get my natural contour back? (Photos)

I had filler three years ago in October. The woman took no time to read and respect my anatomy. She filled a huge bolus in a very dynamic area, near retaining ligaments and my modilous. Now my perioral region is enlongated my face is no longer round but angular because it’s dripping and my right lip droops like Bell’s palsy. I need help finding someone who can guide me on what to do To get my natural contour back. Is surgery the only way.

You may be a candidate for an eccentric lip lift.  This does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.  This takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000.

Though you posted many photos, the majority are out of focus or not done in a fashion that can be easily deciphered. I recommend virtual consultation so better details can be seen during the consultation. Most likely you might need a combination of different fillers or nano, micro fat grafting in combination with a mini facelift.
