Nonsurgical Rejuvenation

Many of our clients don't want any surgery. The good news is that there are many options available to you. The simplest suggestion would be to use #Botox to help the forehead and the lines in between the brow. This treatment has virtually no downtime and can make those lines vanish! Good luck, Dr. M

Improving the aging face nonsurgically

There is a whole industry based on nonsurgical enhancements. Laser resurfacing, Infini, volumization with filers, Botox, will help roll back some of the years of aging. The procedures need maintenance, so they are not a one and done approach. Multiple procedures also add up expense wise, so keep that in mind as well.

REAL Facial Rejuvation with Lasers, Peels, Fillers, Skin Care, Fat Injections/Sculptra, RF skin tightening

I find that a combination of lasers or RF, sculptra for collagen building, microneedling/prp and skin care help the skin rejuvenation and prevent aging. Kybella, Ultherapy and/or ThermiRF treatments (Venus Legacy) would be non-invasive options that would do well in combination for skin tightening.  Please see a cosmetic dermatologist for a long term treatment plan.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Non-Surgical face rejuvenation

Hi monicarobinson,

Based from your photos, you seem to have fine wrinkles with prominent forehead and frownlines, along with some sagging of the mid and lower face, along with your neck. Non-surgical procedures such as laser resurfacing or chemical peel, botox, and ultrasound or Radio Frequency facelift will all help though surgical facelift will still be the best option.

Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation

Gentle resurfacing with Dermasweep or a non-ablative laser, like Clear and Brilliant, would add a glow and improved texture. These require essentially no recuperation. I would also highly suggest neuromodulators (Botox) for the forehead and brows. Filler replacement would be beneficial for the cheeks and the under eye hollows. Lastly, Silhouette Instalift could provide some dramatic lifting and re-contouring of cheeks and jowls. This involves local anesthesia and no cutting.

Skin Rejuvenation

Hi and thank you for your question!

There are a lot of options non-surgically to help improve these concerns. The easiest thing to start with is neuromodulators, such as Botox or Dysport for the dynamic lines in the forehead, between the brows and the eye area. Another procedure that is relatively simple and can be done in the same visit is some filler for these deeper, static lines, as well as filler under the eye area, for a more rested look. You would be thrilled with a laser resurfacing procedure eventually to improve texture and stimulate collagen. We really like the Sciton Halo or Contour. Contour for most dramatic result.

Non Surgical Facial Rejuvenation

You would definitely benefit from some surgical procedures. However, you can achieve significant improvement with non surgical rejuvenation and much of it is needed even if you have surgery. The wrinkles in your forehead and between your eyebrows is best treated with botox to stop the muscle component, a filler to elevate the deeper lines and Retin-A as part of a skin care protocol. After seeing where this gets you, you may need a peel or laser to finish improving the wrinkles. Botox may also elevate your brow slightly, thus improving your upper a  eyelids. To fix the under eye area and the hollow cheeks and to, perhaps, improve the jowl, you need a filler like Juvederm Voluma or fat. Make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in facial and skin rejuvenation and who can offer all of the above so you can decide what is best for you.
